(2 Şubat 1941 – 2 Nisan 2015) Amerikan şairi. Matematiksel şair ve “ötekiakım” şiirin eleştirmeni. İlk kitabı 1966 yılında Poemns adı ile yayınlandı. Matematiksel şiir yayınlamaya başlamadan önce birçok görsel şiir kitabı yayınladı. Grumman matematiksel şiiri matematiği tartışmaktan -ya da Oulipo akımında olduğu gibi matematiksel algoritmaları içeriği seçmek için kullanmaktan ziyade, matematiği yapan şiir olarak tanımlar. Haiku'dan esinlenerek “matematiku” adında bir tür ortaya atmıştır.
